I have been in a Licensed Real Estate Agent since 1979. I obtained my Brokers License in 1990 at which time I opened my own Office. I have sold Farms, Dairies and Ranches as well as many Residential Properties. I enjoy working with people and helping them Buy or Sell their property. We also do Property Management.

I was born in Orland and and lived on a small dairy and started grammar school here. My family moved to Stockton when I was 5 and then to Tracy, CA where I attended school and graduated from Tracy High School in 1968. I spent all of my summers in Orland with my grandparents, helping them with milking cows and irrigating pastures.

My husband is a retired farmer, we still have 260 acres which is leased to a local Walnut grower. I have a lifetime of experience with Agriculture as well as cattle and horses. I raise Registered Paint and Quarter Horses. I love to ride in the mountains when I find time.

I was born in Chico, California and brought home to Orland. Our family moved to Stockton, California when I was in grammar school and then we moved to Tracy, California. I graduated from Tracy High and attended one year of college at Chico State University. During the summers I stayed in Orland with my grandparents, so I have lived int this community off and on all of my life. I have a strong sense of community and I care about the citizens of Orland. I truly enjoy meeting and working with people to help them buy their dream homes or their first home as well as sell their current properties to move up or relocate.

I have been in Real Estate for 30 years and a Real Estate Broker for 22 of those years. During that time I have acquired a lot of experience in dealing with Ranches, Dairies, Orchards, Residential Properties and I have sold and worked with several companies to acquire development Properties. Having been raised in a farming community and my father and mother owned Fertilizer companies I have met and worked with various Ranchers, Farmers and Orchard Specialists. Prior to getting my Real Estate License I worked in a Law Office for 12 years and acquired a lot of well knowledge that has assisted me in writing contracts, working with Probate Sales as well my knowledge in Property Management.

Jeramie Finch Dre #02094829

Jeramie has lived his entire life in the Orland area and comes from a Farming and Cattle background. Jeramie Graduated Orland High School in 1988 and immediately went to work on the family’s farm with his father Gary. In 2019 Jeramie got his Real Estate License and joined his mother’s office. Jeramie has successfully marketed in 2021 an Almond Orchard and numerous residential and commercial properties. Jeramie enjoys motorcycle riding and road trips in his spare time.
